Rebecca S. Kueny


Rebecca has been working in the estate planning and elder law industry since 2008. She enjoys assisting her clients through all stages of life and ensuring their wishes are not only met but exceeded. Accredited with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Rebecca educates our aging population on benefit programs. Rebecca is very active with the Salem charitable community, assisting vulnerable populations receive legal protections, promoting the arts, and educating the community on the legal principles surrounding life and mental incapacity. Rebecca earned her undergrad from the University of Arizona and graduated from the Willamette University College of Law in 2013. Rebecca is a zealous University of Arizona Wildcat at heart and thoroughly enjoys celebrating music and art.

Alana J. Hawkins


Alana started practicing law in California before moving back to her home state of Oregon.  She enjoys helping individuals and families navigate difficult situations and circumstances, and strives to provide supportive and reassuring guidance. Alana earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008.  She immediately went to work for Bay Area nonprofit organizations that assist individuals and families to gain access to needed legal advocacy, public benefits and medical care. These values continue to guide her today as she focuses her practice on Long Term Care Planning, Estate Planning, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Probate, and Social Security Disability.  Outside of the office you may find Alana cheering on the 49ers, attempting to start a new workout or yoga plan, watching Marvel Movies, and spending time with her family.
